Please make 24hrs of Norwegian food! Maybe something like jam and brunost (a sweet caramel-flavour cheese, lingonberry jam is best with it) on toast/flatbread for breakfast, lefse for lunch, pepperkaker (kind of like gingerbread biscuits but with black pepper in them) for a snack or pudding and fårikål for tea! Lefse, pepperkaker and fårikål are super easy to make, deceptively so.

If you do ever make fårikål just know that å Sounds like an english person saying 'or', it's a different letter to a. It's basically just meat cabbage and whole black peppercorns layered in a pot and cooked, it isn't hard to no excuse to be a lazybones!
