Super tasty, tender and moist Chinese pan fried pork chop recipe. So quick and easy to prepare and cook at home. Dad's recipe always turns out super delicious!
Ingredients:
10 pieces of thinly sliced pork chop (about 2lbs), bones removed (we use the bones to make a pork broth for our soup recipes).
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp rice cooking wine
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp oil
1 tbs chicken stock powder
1.5 tbs cornstarch
1/2 cup water
Oil and diced garlic for frying

Dad reminds us to adjust the marinade according to our own taste which is the best thing about Chinese cooking. Ingredients can easily be adjusted to suit our or our families pallets. Marinading the meat overnight in the refrigerator is ideal for maximum flavour and tenderness.
