I am 46 and got back into skating (longboarding) about 4 years ago. I get some crap about being too old, but whatever. Check out Chris Yandall and Skogging on YouTube. It is a great way to skate and get some exercise.

Rock on man! I too recently rediscovered skateboarding after 20 years. I saw this You Tube video of a guy being pulled by his dog on a long-board. I order a professional dog harness & Longboard and picked it right back up again. It was one of the best things I've done this year- Check out ( Helix Long boarding on youtube )
