I personally don’t trust reviews. My job has reviews that make us look bad but don’t have a legitimate complaint. For example they gave us a 0% for not having coke products in the vending machines, another was because we stopped having our cookies in the waiting room, and one other was for diagnostic on their car. Took 3 hours and cost $120. Said they could’ve went to advanced auto parts and got it pulled there but you can’t pull certain codes with some scan tools. Some are manufacturers specific and can only be pulled by a manufacturer tool. Also what are Technicians supposed to do? Work for free? Automotive technician aren’t paid hourly. They’re paid flat rate.

Lol. Reviews like Yelp are worthless. An unhappy customer is far more likely to leave a negative review than a satisfied customer.
