[ECD FAQs] What's the ideal team size for a ECD workshop?

This is a question I get asked a lot – "What is the ideal group size for The ECD exercise?" We use the cards in one on one conversations and we use the cards with groups of 60 people. We know of companies using the cards in leadership workshops with 90 people. The biggest organisation we've used the cards with is 500 people across two countries. The cards can be used with any size group – it all depends on the challenge you're trying to solve.
