HCL primarily seeks backers, not professionals. Therefore, it's advisable not to join HCL. If you do, it could jeopardize your entire career. It’s an irreversible setback to your life and career growth. They might use you for a service desk role, offering only ₹10, 000 per month as salary for four years. If you wish to leave midway, they won't provide any degree or certification as compensation. Their main objective seems to be exploiting cheap labor rather than nurturing professional talent.

Beware of such practices. If you need further clarification, it’s better to consult experienced employees who have been working there for more than five years.
