Andrew Tate awaits police custody decision

Internet personality Andrew Tate was in attendance ahead of an appeals court ruling on Wednesday (September 4) on whether he should return to police custody for 30 days pending an investigation into alleged human trafficking and sexual exploitation.

Tate was placed under house arrest by a court in August after he, his brother Tristan and four others were taken into custody over the investigation. Romania's anti-organized crime prosecuting unit DIICOT appealed the decision.

Tate said media covering his appearance were lying to the public as he and Tristan Tate left the appeals court in Bucharest.
