Zwischen dem Goldingertal und dem Naherholungsgebiet Ricken im Kanton St. Gallen führt ein schmaler Grat mit steilen Hängen vom Atzmännig (1'144 m ü. M.) über den Tweralpspitz (1'332 m ü. M.) zur Chrüzegg (1'314 m ü. M.).

Auf der Chrüzegg treffen sich viele Wanderwege der Region Toggenburg. Unterhalb der Bergspitze bietet sich vom Berggasthof Chrüzegg aus eine hervorragende Rundumsicht über den Zürichsee und in die Alpen.


Between the Goldingertal valley and the recreational area of Ricken in the canton of St. Gallen, a narrow crest with steep slopes leads from the Atzmännig (1,144 m above sea level) across the Tweralpspitz (1,332 m above sea level) to the Chrüzegg (1,314 m above sea level).

Many hiking trails of the region of Toggenburg meet on the Chrüzegg. Below the mountain top, the mountain inn of the same name is always ready to welcome guests to stay. A 360-degree view of Lake Zurich and the Alps can be enjoyed from here.
