Hi, I have the same issue where my camera is also greyed out but I can't also touch the screen or I mean the screen has no response to my touch. However, the screen lights up like that when the power button is press. Is this a whole LCD issue? Thank you so much.

I don’t know if this is for anyone else but I just found out the problem with mine. My wallpaper/background was darker on one side so it adjusted to show it darker. I hope this helps for anyone in the same boat!
