The last advice seems the most cumbersome but also really useful and even works for devices and software aside from phones (PCs, laptops, consoles, drivers...). I can't even remember the number of times a new software update screwed the whole office (hello Adobe) or made a mess out of a laptop or PC. Just a small research beforehand and in most cases, it is not even advisable to jump onboard every software update as soon as it comes out become they tend to iron out the issues (maybe important to you) by the next version.

Hey Adam.. concerning heat issues. I always use the Otterbein. I bought the Samsung note 10+ and use the Otterbein defender. Do these heat the phones up to much since there are multiple layers of protection?
