The Philippines has been quite cooperative in discussing the matter in the WPS in order to alleviate tension. China, on the other hand, particularly their CCG, has been aggressive in their efforts to reduce tensions in negotiations with the Philippines. China has no right to dictate the Philippines foreign policy. Right now, the Philippine government should consider pursuing China's aggressiveness to the United Nations court with evidence of escalating tensions and failing to maintain regional peace.
