Unless I have a purple backpack, am playing Fuse or running Rampage I generally don't use throwables. 4 syringes, 2 medkits, 8 cells, 2-4 batts, 2 lots of shotgun ammo & 3-5 lots of light or heavy.

I run 180 ammo for all my weapons unless I'm using a sniper/marksman, shotty, or the wingman. if you're killing enough or running around a decent bit you shouldn't ever run out. also leaves more room for meds or nades.

My inventory is :

No backpack : 3 ammo for first gun, 2 ammo for secondary. 8 shield cells, 4 syringes, and a nade

White backpack : 4 ammo for first gun, 2 ammo for secondary. 2 shield bats, 8 shield cells, 2 medkits, and 4 syringes

Blue backpack : 4 ammo for first gun, 2 ammo for secondary. 2 shield bats, 8 shield cells, 2 medkits, 4 syringes, and 2 nades

Purple/gold backpack : 5 ammo for first gun, 2 ammo for secondary. 4 shield bats, 12 shield cells, 2 medkits, 4 syringes, and 2 nades

For me, after getting more than 2 big heals I ditch all cells and syringes. As well as having on Phoenix, if I'm playing with friends usually one of us would have throwables while the rest of us run extra ammo.

8 Syringes, 8 Cells, 2 medkits, 1 Phoenix, and the rest can be batteries and ammo. (I usually run up to 4 to 6 batteries at a time if they're available.) This backpack is a bit difficult when you're running a devo or eva because of ammo consumption, specially if you play aggressively. (Just a heads up!)

nah bro 120-200 wingman amo, 360-400 light for r401, as many batts as possible, 4-8 cells, and maybe 1 stack of health heals but if need space no health heals. (health heals are everywhere if you need some look for 5 seconds and you'll find a syringe)
