Henry Cavill was the one that was almost casted they declined cuz was too old for the role

every movie or tv show has actors that were almost cast or were but someone back tracked and went with someone else early on. same thing happened on Roseanne with DJ's character. first kid was too sweet and wholesome for the role but got to do at least one episode.
