I think the candle thing is actually cute. Imagine at 10, using the candle you used when they were 1. Thinking of those wonderful (and stressful) 9 years you spent raising them. It's sentimental. Plus you can use that candle for 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, etc. Imagine pulling out that old candle and using it for 41, haha.

I have done A LOT of research on the subject because the current building manager can barely be bothered to come check on the building I live in.
The parking lot needs to be repaved due to the snowplow digging up a good bit of it this past winter, the siding needs to be replaced (The people who were doing it just STOPPED for no reason), and there are MANY other issues.

4:40 - They can try and put it on you if the chain didnt come with the property, but if they gave you permission to put that additional security in, then they will have some explaining to do when you sue them for life residency at that property due to them trying to break in. Even then, by them coming at you they have proven that they tried breaking into your property, which is something that you as the person living there should report to police. Like to see their explanation to the cops as to why they damaged your door and wall.
