Redesign Widgets, Quick Settings and Notifications Panel - Windows 11

Widgets, Quick Settings and Notifications Panel redesigned for a better Windows 11 experience & ultimate efficiency. The Quick Settings and Notifications Panels have been combined to make them more accessible.
Also, a tiny task manager section has been added to the taskbar where you can control processes & startup apps. Widgets have been redesigned to provide a better experience in both shrink and expand modes, usable on smaller and larger screens. Window customization & personalization can be made easier and useful with this redesign.
