Hope Apple Blossom and her six piglets were rescued from slaughter by Viva! and Dean Farm Animal Sanctuary. Today they get to go outside and explore their forever home!

Why do people think its ok to keep pigs any differently from this. Most pigs will never experience anything other than extreme fear and pain. Thank you for giving her the opportunity to be fear free and just enjoy her children. ❤

I am 79.5 yrs old and the last time I ate "meat"...pig, cow, or lamb was when I was in my mid twenties. I really feel good about this and in addition...I have no health problems...nothing in my medicine cabinet...never took a tylenol.. In fact my house has 2 bathrooms and none came with a medicine cabinet! Mama Pig has the sweetest face and what a joy to watch her zoom around!

I can't imagine eating a pig (or any animal for that matter) ever again after seeing so much emotion from them in these rescue videos. On a side note, can you imagine having that many nipples?

This is why I gave up buying or eating meat. You can see the happiness, playfulness and closeness of this mother and her young. Thank god for organizations like this one who give these wonderful creatures a chance to live free and happy lives!
