You have to learn the G1000. You have to learn the terrain. You have to learn the airplane. You have to learn the weather patterns. All this in a very challenging environment that will not tolerate mistakes, and if you get in trouble you get to choose between hitting trees, hitting a mountain or ditching in a river. And once you've made it through all that, you get to learn Pidgin! Ryan makes it look easy, but it's obvious to succeed in PNG, you have to work your butt off.
