He walks through his broken village. Gone. All gone. He is the only survivor. Everything in rubble and ashes. As he falls down among the rubble he thinks of all he has lost. And suddenly a wave of pure agony comes over him. Like nothing he has ever felt before, it courses through his body. Under his skin. In his veins. He screams at the sky. Nobody hears him. He stands up and trudges toward the empty and ruined well. He is going to jump. Why live if he has nothing to live for? But as he steps toward the edge, a glint catches his eye. He reaches under a piece of rubble. What he pulls out amazes him. A magnificent piece of artwork. There is a river like diamond. The sky is bluer than he has ever seen. And in the distance, a city. A shining city. Immediately the agony is drained from him. It is replaced with hope. He knows the city is real. It must be! He carefully wraps the painting in his cloak. And as the sun peaks out of the clearing smoke, he starts his journey..

5 years ago. When i was dark, people like Tom Day helped me out. All of his songs are still being remembered by me and i’m still listening. If you read this, i have one message for you. Stay happy and positive no matter what. Never turn into dark just like me. You won’t have a good time. Have a nice life and enjoy it ❤️

it saddens me how some, or maybe even most people think of this as just noise. background music. computerized sounds. they don't see the emotion the music has, or how much emotion was put in to it. i wish more people could realize these types of things.

This album is truly the most beautiful album I have ever heard. Tom Day really knows how to put emotions into a song and how to touch people. To me, he is the best musician out there. His music is so big, yet so small. So strong, yet so fragile. So loud, yet so silent. What I can say with certainty, is that he has the power to create masterpieces filled with emotion, to which people hold on to when they're having a rough time. Thank you, Tom Day, for making such beautiful, emotional tracks.
