in the old anime, Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon received a power boost from Pegasus Helios that allowed them to transform into super sailor scouts, Super Sailor Chibi Moon would then gain the power to summon Pegasus Helios to empower Super Sailor Moon's attack
in the new anime, Chibiusa and Usagi awakened the ability to become super sailor scouts on their own, and then Pegasus Helios provided them with weapons to use

Finally a duo/group transformation that doesn’t show a comparison/side by side when they transform together, like I mean that they basically don’t interact with each other in the transform. But this time, sailor moon actually has a duo/group transformation that has them interacting with each other and I also mean by it’s just like a side by side, not a group transform cuz they aren’t together… but this one has them together, finally..😭

There’s a lot I like here, but I always resented the fact they did a two for one. I wish they’d have had an alternate one for just Usagi. I also wish they’d have shown the boots and gloves part along with a better sequence for the skirt. I love cosmic make up the best and it had a really cool solution for the skirt appearing. I wish crystal was as fluid and pretty as the og. It would’ve been cool if they made a few variations on Usagi’s henshins. I get they wanted to pay homage to the original, but it would’ve been cool to see them do that AND to make new ones to go along side the homages too. Oh well lol. Just me being pedantic.
