Florida police announce arrest in threats made against President Trump

The West Palm Beach Police Department will hold a news conference Saturday to discuss an arrest tied to threats made against President Donald Trump.

If I disagree that they didn't have probable cause and it was not a credible threat will I be under arrest too? Anytime they lead off with "times like these", it's a police excuse to trample your rights. There is the LAW and there is NOT the law, there is no "times like these". It's clearly defined by law.

I don't agree with violence, but wouldn't that be freedom of speech? It sounds more like somebody expressing their feelings. I didn't hear any indirect threats. I hope this doesn't stick because this could happen to anyone that disagrees with fascism.
