for sport especially : it's a bad product, chrono and timer cannot run on background, heartbeat counter is very approximative. I use it mainly for the slacks, skype, SMS alerts and to answer phone calls

amazefit bip 3 pro at 1999 right now is a better option if you want gps but it misses on bt calling

For the price, the watch is quite useful: reading notifications, sleep and step tracking, and bluetooth calling. It doesn't have a calculator or calendar.
Heart rate monitoring is inaccurate compared to Polar H10.
You can only install 3 additional watch faces. All the watch faces won't show your sleep duration, unlike what Honor and Huawei bands and watches have.
Its timer can't run in the background, and you can't install apps, so this is not a "true" smartwatch. Wait for Redmi Watch 4, since preliminary specs show that it will have the Hyper OS for app support and several gigabytes of storage.
