Everyone is commenting about his wife, in my case I was amazed about him not being worried of anyone stealing his stuff, also he went back inside trusting you. Nice neighborhood. There are good things too, not only horrible wives.

I feel bad for Andrew, lol. He did the math at 375 then gave you a deal for 275 and you still tried to negotiate down. Seller should never offers deals, just the full price then let buyer start asking for bundle discounts
