INGREDIENTS:
Vegan Vanilla Cake
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup + 2 tablespoons almond milk
1 ½ cup + 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract

Colored Vanilla Ice cream
1 ½ pints vegan vanilla ice cream
2 drops of blue or pink food color

White Chocolate Glaze (not vegan)
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 teaspoon light corn syrup
2 teaspoons white food color
Blue and pink food color

White Chocolate Glaze (Vegan)
Vegan Candy Melts + oil flakes if needed

Decoration
American buttercream
Blue and pink sprinkles
2 ice cream cones

But it always makes me happy to see the genuine happiness on Mo's face when the smoke thingy went off. It's just a silly little moment. 🙃(And her happy tears made me cry!!!)
