Rust 101 - Constants

Now that we know what are variables and how they work in-depth, it is time to learn a bit about constants. We need ways to ensure the consistency of our data, at least for a part of it, and that is where constants come to the rescue. They allow us to use the value that is stored inside of them without the need to read any memory, their value is being pasted every time we use them, that is what happens when you store data in static memory basically.
