I would take him home if his mommy isn't around check for mama . They don't carry rabies . I have them as pets . Adorable

What a cute little fluffy creature. I always love spicy opossums and their little growls and hisses. They're all bark and no bite. They look angry, but they're just scared! So happy you saved it!

So I’ve realize I’ve gotten some very nice and polite comments on this video and for those of you wondering an opossum at least has to be 200 grams to be out on its own and my friend who is a licensed rehabber only releases when they are around 500 and this one was 127 grams so he definitely shouldn’t have been on his own but thank you all for the positivity and not being too fast to assume

❤😂 I think he's a surVIVor!!! Don't think it will be a problem surviving. IF it is alone and feisty, it is of the age it can be on it's own.

DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!
This is Australia's most deadly marsupial!
One bite can rip the leg off a full grown male Roo. Do you hear the jaws? Crunch!
Thanks for putting yourself at risk and saving that Joey. ☕🙂👍

He's not trying to terrify you, he's screaming with fear but they don't have you 😢

Our cat brought a baby possom he was little smaller then this one. He was hungry cat shared his food with him. And they started to play together. We told our cat to take him outside; but he didn’t wanted to that. So we had to keep him. First, I give him good bath, and blow dry his hair. He let me do that. In the night time I didn’t know what he would do, so I locked him in the bathroom. In the morning I found him inside the bathtub. He pooped and pee in the bathtub ☺️. ( I had to disinfect bathtub everyday).
