Requirement :
First of All You Must Have Xampp Server PHP Version 8 Installed into Your Windows

Download Composer from Get Composer Website

Then Install Laravel From

Copy The Command
composer create-project laravel/laravel example-app

Installation Will Be Started

After That Start Xampp Server and Start Two Modules Apache and Mysql

Now Open Installed Laravel Project in Command Line

Write This Command PHP Artisan Serve

This Will Run Your Project

Now Copy Given Link

and Paste it into Browser

Finally Your Laravel 9 is Working
