You know what would be cool?

If riot used the alcoves to add a mechanic that allows teams to control which type of dragon spawns next.

Like two mini control objective areas where if both teams claim the area, it cycles to the next dragon type in the rotation for the next dragon spawn. This could be on a cool down and would add a level of strategy to objective control.

Want specific types of stat buffs for your team? Cycle through dragons til you get the one you want. Deny enemy team specific types of buffs/soul? Boom. Control both alcoves and swap dragon spawn before dragon spawns.
