Thanks again Vladimir. This is something I have been wanting to figure out for a while now. We get step files of pcb assemblies from our electrical engineers which contain hundreds of little components which I don't want as separate items in Windchill. I hope this works in creo 4. I will certainly be trying this on Monday, when I get back to work.

nice! How do the file sizes compare to shrinkwrap or acis?

If I make body 1, body 2, body 3 etc and want to export them separately (one by one) with different name can it possible in Creo. Because in ug/nx we can export part by select body one by one.

It is working but one condition after converting step file into partsolid
When open partsolid we should click part option instead of assembly option.

I also convert it to an iges instead of a parasolid and it can be converted back to a part.
