To me it just seems like they’re going to change how things look a bit. That seems to be the apple way. They’ll change the icons and it’s going to be the biggest change ever. Maybe add some features that android phones had for years.

Tim Cook has turned Apple into a shell of its former self. The latest iOS 18, just broke AirPlay and CarPlay, technologies they’ve had for several years. You could look throughout the rest of the system and find plenty of bugs and issues on software they’ve had plenty of time to get right. As the other commenters have said, nobody wants a redesign. We just want Siri to perform basic functions, not just say a-ha and shut off. And we want the operating system to perform its basic functions as well.

The Mac Pro is a relic from the intel/powerpc days. There isn’t anything you can upgrade besides io, which you can do with thunderbolt on the much cheaper and smaller Mac Studio. It is likely that the Mac Pro will never see anything above m2
