it should be public knowledge where a presidential candidate came up with 92 million, especially during the campaign.

Some people are just stupid, they will never see their money back. GOP needs to look into who gave the money.

I'm thinking the Court Appointed Monitor will have involvement in investigating a $91.6 million transaction through Trumps financial affairs. Where'd the money come from Donny and how do you intend to repay it?

He hasn’t come up with the money, that’s slightly misleading. He obtained the bond from the ‘Federal Insurance Company’ who secured it against his property. They are charging him 10%. If he loses the appeal (which he will) if will owe the money to them. If he doesn’t pay they will seize that property.
This information is easily accessible on the news.

Of course he came up with the bond. He just met with Elon Musk. Who do you think he'll owe big time if he becomes president again?

I'd sure like to know where the money came from. The American people deserve to know where a candidate for public office is funded from, especially with certain candidates history of foreign influence. I can't wait to see the full, unredacted text of this bond.

I’d like to know where the paper trail leads for those funds. Musk and Orban pay him a visit and all of the sudden he has funds to pay the E. Jean Carroll bond. I wonder if the court appointed monitor knows where they came from. I hope the IRS is watching

If he had this much trouble raising $91 million, where's he going to find $500 million by March 25?

Imagine having to pay $90 million simply because you are unable to close your mouth?

I thought owing a large amount of money was a security risk for a federal employee

After doing nothing about it until the last few days, asking his fines be reduced. This guy is all class.

Is this the first time he's paid a bill? What a strange feeling it must be for him.

If Trump thinks he's right about the Presidential Records Act, he should explain his understanding of that law on the stand in court. Talk is cheap. Say it in court.

Take note it was a "bond" not bail . Bail requires the money to come from the defendents pocket bonds are a percentage guaranteed by another person. He obviously did NOT have the full amount.
