Fix Xbox Game Pass Games Are Not Launching Error Code 0xc0000005 The Game Has Crashed On Windows 11/10 PC
Step 1) Disconnect PS5/PS4 controller, disconnect Hotas, pedals, steering wheel, joystick, Logitech wheel, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy
Step 2) Verify & repair the game
Step 3) Restart PC
Step 4) Create desktop shortcut and launch the game as an administrator using desktop shortcut
Step 5) Repair/Reset the game
Step 6) Delete Microsoft Store Local Cache Files
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Step 7) Login with same account in Xbox app and Microsoft Store app, also make sure data, time, timezone and region is correct on your computer
Step 8) Install all the Updates in Microsoft Store
Step 9) Update Windows
Step 10) Run wsreset command
Step 11) Repair/reset Xbox app/Store
Step 12) Run this command
Step 13) Start all these services
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming services
Windows Update
Microsoft install service
Step 14) Uninstall and reinstall gaming services
Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Install Xbox Identity provider
Step 15) Uninstall and Reinstall the game
Step 16) Update Windows using media creation tool

Deleted cache like you said and it deleted my whole game 😭

Tales of Arise worked when I disconnected my ps5 controller. When the game loaded properly, I connected it again and changed the emulation (in DualSensex app) for an xbox 360 controller

suddenly it started popping on my second PC, is it because R7 265 is not supported anymore ?

MSFS 2020 Start up crashing was with this exact error (The Game has crashed.
Error was an irritation for a lot of months.


Circumstances led me to have to reinstall Windows 11. After a clean install, and a clean install of MSFS 2020, The sim quit generating that start up error.
I was happy to see that. Ran the sim for about a week. No errors or problems.

Then i decided to to install my Logitech Flight Multi Panel.( the one that has the auto pilot controls etc).
Go to start the Sim, , The error message poped up and it crashed..
I uninstall the pos driver for it and the Sim is perfectly fine since. Bout all i can tell ya's.
