Grade 4: Divide Multiples of 10, 100, and 1000

This will be our first foray into what will later be called "significant figures." It turns out that dividing 49,000 by 7 is exactly the same as dividing 49 by 7, just with a few extra zeroes! In this video, we use previous understandings of place value and multiplication to greatly simplify division by certain large numbers.
