It's good that you showed the example of "Idaho Human Rights Day" and suggested to stay away from it due to trademark. Last time I created a design based on Martin Luther King day and I got a rejection and I noticed that you did not mention to stay away from political figures and such days even if they are celebrated nationally. So I would suggest your viewers to please stay away from historic political figures because sometimes you don't find a trademark for that but still you would get a rejection due to other reasons.
