Did anyone here see the medal ceremony? Was hilarious when they couldn't find the Canadian anthem for 5-10 seconds while the Canadian, US and UK athletes all stood on their podiums awkwardly😂

Also, after the anthem Bracy grabbed and picked up De Grasse in a playful manner. Then Lyles came in and was giving props to De Grasse. Great sportsmanship and awesome to see. 👍🏻

De Grasse ran an 8.79 sec anchor leg to Bracy's 8.95. Lyle's leg was 8.94 but Blake's second leg for Canada was even faster at 8.86!

If De Grasse would've had Covid few weeks earlier, by now he would've been in 2nd or 3rd spot in the 100m, seeing his immense top end speed. He will do that in the Commonwealth Games and next year. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇮🇳🇮🇳

Both the 4x1s were shocking. It's mind boggling that the US men and the Jamaican women didn't win by 10 meters with the talent they had. But it goes to show how important chemistry and handoffs are. And DeGrasse is absolutely one of THE most clutch athletes in sports! Canada is so lucky to have him!
