To perform Ankle Dorsiflexion:

1. With your legs out in front of you, place a roll just under your ankle so your heel can move freely.
2. Trying to keep your leg straight, pull your toes up towards you, and then back down.

Hello Doc... I am building good endurance in gym... Also doing morning stretches uploaded by you... And they are great... TY 4 it... Feel so fresh that dont need morning coffee to wake myself up... Just breakfast... Drink almost 2.5 liters of water too...

Fyki... I am a pound below threshold of being called obese... Only 19.5 kgs above standard weight... I guess 20Kgs above is obese... Due to thyroid meds...

Only thing is hem string stretch is holding me back... Up to knee with support of hand I can keep it straight... But cant keep lower limb stretched stretched straight... Calf pains a lot... So I can hardly achieve 45 degrees but not totally 90 degrees...

Any tips how to improve on hem string stretch???
