Whoopi Goldberg and Ana Navarro clash over Donald Trump’s plans

Co-hosts of ABC’s The View, Whoopi Goldberg and Ana Navarro, had a heated exchange over Donald Trump’s plans as president.

During a segment on Monday, the co-hosts discussed President-elect Trump’s plans for America ahead of his inauguration.

The co-hosts also reacted to Trump’s recent interview on NBC News’ Meet the Press with host Kristen Welker.

Goldberg opened the segment by saying people have to be with their families and “take care of ourselves”.

“Whatever he’s going to do, he’s going to do, but do take our word for it. Things seem to move slowly because, yeah,” Goldberg said.

“They didn’t come get Hillary, but he has other people who are ready to go, but I don’t think that they can just go out and do what they want to do.”

Navarro responded to Goldberg’s comments, stating, “I told you last week I disagree with you” due to the host’s legal status in the US.

“We are successful. We are, if you are an illegal immigrant in this country, you’re not going to be not in a panic. If you are a woman working for the Department of Defense, you have a right to be in a panic,” Navarro said.

The answer is to come into the country legally and they won't have to worry.
