i suggest disabling everything and to use only speedstep and c1e. it manages to maintain the clockspeed at around maximum without getting too complicated and undervolts your cpu so it doesn't get too hot

Ok i got a question. For you it shows (FID = 32.00) at the stop of your screen, does that mean your cpu ghz is 3.2ghz? Because mines says 32.00 as well.
