NetSuite Sales Order Picking with Packing - RF-SMART Demo

A demonstration of sales order picking with Pack Station using RF-SMART for NetSuite. Sales orders are picked and once items are picked, it will create an item fulfillment in NetSuite. This will consider the order picked but not packed. This integration with Pack Station allows the user to pick the product directly to be packed.

Transcript: hello you're watching a brief demonstration of sales order picking and packing with pack station using our smart for NetSuite what you can see on the screen is a live mirroring of RF-SMART on a zebra TCA 70 device operating in real time against NetSuite that's on the right hand side an hour of smart supports a wide range of devices on the left hand side you can see a NetSuite screen that is running the RF smart application for packing station so what I'm gonna do on the right here is I'm gonna go ahead and pick my sales order I'm gonna do that by scanning a barcode for the sales order and now you can see it's loaded the sales order detail there's two products on there I'm going to pick those just by scanning the product getting the beam and confirming the quantity product beam and quantity and then I'm gonna pick the second item product scan the bend into the quantity and now that picking is complete I can hit submit and it's going to create the item fulfillment in net weight so because of how I have NetSuite setup that order is now considered picked but not packed which means I can come across here to packing station on the left and scan in that same sales order number and it's going to load that order into packing station which will give me the ability to scan items into containers and then complete the packing of the order and submit it to minutes wait for shipping so you can see that I have the ability to select a box type so I can pack things into boxes bags or pallets in this configuration you can set up your own boxes and sizes I'm going to select the first box and now in the mode I mean I have a box that's open but it's empty and as the screen tells me I can begin scanning products to place them into the box so you can see that the product is moving across from the left hand side to the right hand side as I scan it and now that I've scanned the third one it's at that I don't disappeared and from the list of items to pack if I think I've scanned too many I can hit that button and scan the same product again to remove one from the box I can also add a box so I can create a second box on this order and then start scanning items into the second box so you can see when I click on these buttons here that I've got some stock in one box some stock in a second box the weight for the boxes is being pulled from NetSuite when I hit submit it will complete the process of packing the order and it will generate a master packing slip which will show the product that is in each box in a list and it can also be set up to generate packing labels with the customer address on them this concludes the demonstration and will be updated directly into NetSuite thank you for watching
