I don't know if you reading this since taking into account the date of the video and the different interface or UI of the newer ICUE 5.0 but thanks to this video i have managed to make a keyboard that is full of bright colors. Thanks for this video and hope you have nice day.

have you tried Signal RGB.? has also a lot of hardware support like the K60, fans, rgb stripes ect.
i have the Gigabite X570 board and the Fusion RGB Software is a joke
