As someone who had a very hard teenage and early adult life, I'm finally happy at 34. I personally hate if someone tells me I look younger because first of all, the way you look is a combination of genetics, self care, health and even your general satisfaction with life. Looking pretty, happy, fresh and vibrant as nothing to do with a certain age.
I met ladies in their 60's way more vibrant and bubbly than me. Do they look younger? No, they look like themselves, they are the reflection of what they do, what they think, their roots, their mind.
But after you are past 30, people around you start to want to make you feel old, there is some kind of social pressure (specifically if you are a woman) and some women just fall into it.
Ladies, just keep happy and never forget to self care, everything else doesn’t matter. Don’t try to get back to your younger self because what you are is in the present ❤
