Missing that jump and ending up in the water. Again, and AGAIN xD.

I gotta say, as much as I loved Phendrana Drifts, entering Torvus Bog after spending like 3 hours in the Agon Wastes definitely hit me harder. This might be my favorite Metroid track honestly.

Prime was a familiar Metriod, Prime 2 dared to be new down to the music.

My family rarely listens to me play video games, but this one had my wife come over and say "Oh this one is good" when I played it last year

I really hope Metroid Prime 4 can continue to capture the essence of the Metroid series. I remember playing prime 1 for the first time as a child back in 2001, i was 7 then and the music blew me away. It took me 4 years to muster the courage to go through phazon mines as a child then in 2005 i finally beat prime 1. Then here comes Echoes prime 2 and it took me a minute to adjust because i was so used to prime 1. then as i began to play 2 i fell completely inlove with Torvus Bog. The rain, the atmosphere the scenery touched me like no other. Torvus Bog is the best soundtrack in the prime series to me. the memories

When I first played Metroid Prime 2, Torvus Bog made me nervous as hell. That nervousness doubled with the introduction of the Grenchlers. The fact that they swam through the murky waters with ease while you were hindered by it made me not want to go into the water. But then again, you aren't too safe from them on land either.

This is the one that really gets me in the nostalgia.. I miss those late summer nights with my cousin. Exploring these rich environments with their own unique atmosphere, each paired with a great soundtrack to really set the tone. We would scan everything we could find just to learn more about the world and it's lore. This game helped bring my cousin and I closer together :)

These composers should've won awards

The quality of GameCube games rang through their respective soundtracks like no other console catalogue had before nor has since.

So smooth and pleasant

I still remember the first time playing this game and getting here. I played this game back to back like 9 times. I hope Prime 4 is just as good.

Torvus Bog, also known as Torvus Sector, previously the Torvus Forest, is a semi-industrialised wetland area found on the planet Aether. It is the result of an ocean flooding Torvus Forest, due to the cataclysmic Phazon Meteor impact that ravaged the planet decades ago. Torvus Bog is home to many aquatic and reptilian animals, among them the Alpha Blogg. Its Dark Aether counterpart is Dark Torvus.

It has an upper and a lower area. The upper area is mostly what remains of the forest, while the lower areas are a completely flooded industrial area.

The indigenous creatures of Torvus Bog include the Blogg and their offspring, Blogglings; Alpha Bloggs, Hydling, Krocuss, Sporb, Brizgee, Preed (probably brought there by Space Pirates) and Grenchlers.

The only game that ever managed to make a swamp level be a 10/10, prime 2 doesn't has a single bad or even average area, every place you visit is great.
