Messaging me was their LAST RESORT

I got a message from somebody asking if I could come check out their neighbors house. So, I hopped in my truck and headed over to see what was going on. Immediately, I saw some crazy overgrown grass and the neighbor next door was outside, so I thought I would see what was going on. He told me that the owners passed away and someone was going to fix up the house but there was too much mold. He used to maintain the grass until it got too bad and he went though a ton of lawn mower blades because there are hidden stumps throughout. So, I thought I would get it looking better for the neighborhood and spent the entire day on it.

Hey Bank that owns this property: how about making a generous donation to Spencer or a charity of his choice? What an absolute shame about the mold. The mansard roof with a flat roof and mountain capsules for bedrooms is a truly groovy design. The land itself is gorgeous and SB you did a fantastic job. So much could be done with this land. The city should force the bank to sell for next to nothing so it can be saved or rebuilt on.

Friday morning fix… coffee and Spencer. Great job, as usual. However, for future reference, the neighbors need to know that banks are REQUIRED to maintain their foreclosed properties. In the future, they need to report the infraction to municipal officials and see if they take action.
