Just hooked all mine up, only difference is that I put 4 speakers instead of 2, just ran another wire from speaker to the next. Let my tell you its incredible sounding, especially when I found out that the touch screen volume still is the master for the sound bar. Thank you for this video and the comments, that's how I figured out the sound bar deal.

Thanks for the video man, I had my brand new one where the backup camera went out as soon as you started to move. It's a single yellow wire and I put electric tape on it, voila! I am about to watch more and pretty sure buy your stereo upgrades lol good work!

Great Video. Question, would it be ok to add some poly fill into the speaker holes before installing the speakers or some sound dampening material? Would it bring out a little more depth from the sound and prevent rattling? I know back in the day we would put poly fill in subwoofer boxes and it made the sound a little better. Thanks

I'm not even currently in the market for a golf car, and I've watched like 4 of your videos all the way through. You are entertaining. If Evolution hasn't hired you to consult with some of your mods, they're missing out. Have you and the Mrs. considered moving to Florida and expanding your operations. You would make a $$ KILLING $$ in The Villages! Just saying! Largest golf car market in the world, BY FAR!

I'm thinking about getting a D5 Maverick and this plug n play audio system is making my decision easier. Thanks for the easy step by step instructions. I have two questions for you. Since electric vehicles are software based, I've seen other videos where you can increase the speed by doing a sequence of events. Is this possible with the D5?

Have you thought about adding a subwoofer? I have heard the one that hangs off the back...not good. Think you could install a sub in the rear trunk...should disrupt the standing waves where you could hear it from the drivers seat.

Does the microphone for the D5 control panel still work with the speakers for answering calls? The installation requires unpairing your phone from the golf cart control panel. The Bluetooth connection now goes through the Boostbox. Can you still use a phone through the sound system?

I installed mine. However, I receive a non stop piercing tone whenever my cart is on. What can be done to get rid of this tone. And yes the tone even when the music is playing.
