Rick Santorum: Obama not enforcing the law

It's the President's job to enforce the law. It is Congress' job to make that law. It is the courts' job to make sure that law is legal. And it is the people's job to demand changes to the law. That system works pretty good
We should keep it, not criss-cross.

Congress did not support Reagan's EO. They rejected the bill that would've done the same thing as Reagan's EO and Reagan did it anyway. Rick you're either lying or you don't know what you're talking about.

I keep hear senators saying enforce the law but how do you do that ? And where are you guys actions behind enforce the law statement. Obama is basically taking action and not wasting time talking like you are.
