Briggs and Stratton Vanguard Horizontal Shaft, V-Twin, Model 356447, Type0200-E1(Second Video)

Second video off the Briggs starting and running. Sound quality is not good with the new super phone but you get the idea. You can see that I jumped the carb solenoid and started the engine with just jumper cables from a 12 volt battery. engine is running pretty rich on the low end(stumbling, etc.) Runs great with now smoke or weird noises.
