OMG THIS MRM 120 CYCLOPS! - Mechwarrior Online (MWO) - TTB

Make sure to sing along! "HERE I AM - ROCK YOU WITH MY MRM! ". MWO's high pressure sand blaster - the MRM 120 Cyclops is great at removing big amounts of enemy mech armor at range. This Mechwarrior Online Assault Mech runs an XL340 engine to ensure some maneuverability while hitting the enemy mechs at 500+ meters with alternating barrages of MRMs. If need be, you can even Alpha Strike with 120 MRMs without overheating! Just make sure to keep those side torsos in check... it's XL, after all.

MechWarrior Online is a free-to-play vehicular combat video game, officially launched during September 2013 by Piranha Games for Microsoft Windows. The game takes place within the larger BattleTech universe.
In MechWarrior: Online, players takes the role of a "MechWarrior" who pilots large bipedal combat vehicles known as BattleMechs (Mech for short). Players can customize their BattleMech with an array of weapons and equipment, and engage in 12 versus 12 battles, the outcome of which earns the players experience and c-bills for future BattleMech purchases and customization. There are currently seven game modes that involve protecting and attacking a single base (Assault), capturing and holding several points (Conquest), take and hold the center of the map (Domination), leading a VIP to a pickup point (Escort), attacking a space defense system (Siege/Counter-Attack), protecting and attacking field bases with turrets and walls spread across the map (Incursion), and team death-match (Skirmish).

I had to go back and watch this again and thank you for the idea on this. I ended up going with the MRM 100 running 2x 20's and 2x 30's and a light engine to keep it cooler and making it able to toss more missiles down range more often. I recently picked up my record damage in a game with this mech doing 1533 damage. Thanks again.

MRM120 is tempting with this mech, maybe you can try downsizing to MRM100 (for more heat efficiency) and a bigger LFE? It figured out for me to be a lot better not only on hot maps, for staying longer in the fight without major heat problems and still very effective on the battlefield.

I got a build that has been a lot of fun for me. MAD IIC-D, Dual lbx 5's, dual atm 12's, ER large laser in the head, ECM, beagle active, 325 xl engine with 5 double heatsinks. Fiber and endo. Fill out the rest with ammo

I run something like this but with 7 Streak SRM 4s and 3 Er Small Lasers moving at 70kph, its funny as hell to see light mechs fall apart in a matter of seconds and other assaults second guess going against me

Tried something similar in the "Mean Baby" with 4 x mrm 30s. Haven't put much time into it. Cyclops might be a little faster (but less durable) and worth a try.

MRM seem to have trouble with average connections. It takes my Mauler-1P around 1.5 to 2 seconds to launch the full volley of dual MRM 40.
