The hurricane that hit Naples/Ft myers a few years back was just a "tropical storm" over Cuba at 12am then overnight (less then 8 hours later) it was a Cat 4...then slammed into Naples/Ft myers as a Cat 5. the news was reporting that this hurricane was going to hit tampa while the National Hurricane Center clealy had on their site that it was going to hit Naples/Ft Myers.

ALWAYS consult the National Hurricane Center site.

Brace yourself everyone. This hurricane will grow in the hot hot hot Gulf of Mexico.

Serious question, with all due respect, Why has it been 103 years since Tampa has had a major hurricane direct hit? Like why is Tampa the most overdue city in the US to get hit?

Look how young Nash Rhodes was way back in 2024! Just a kid!
I decided to post this in 2024 instead of in 2064. I'll post this again in 2064.

Help me understand. I thought climate change would bring us more severe hurricanes. So far, we had a cat 1, and now, a tropical depression. Seems like they are lessening in severity. Maybe it’s a hoax.

They gonna call it a hurricane whether it actually is or not.

Of course it will be a hurricane before it makes landfall, we all knew that.
