Wow! I knew about their ability to regenerate limbs, but I wasn't aware they could regrow spines or parts of other axolotls! Crazy stuff, and the potential .... mind blowing!

Wow! I have two axolotls, and they are truly amazing creatures. You don’t have to do crazy science experiments to appreciate them, just letting them live in a home aquarium and feeding them is quite entertaining! The fact that they can regenerate limbs is miraculous! When I first introduced my two axolotls to their new homes, one got a little grumpy toward the other and took a chomp out of its back! After about a week, you would never even know she was wounded. Ever since, no incidents and they get along great! Amazing amazing creatures .
