Satisfactory Fluid Update Rundown - Experimental Version 0.3.6.0

The Satisfactory Fluid Update 0.3.6 is here on the Satisfactory experimental version of the game! If you've been waiting for Mk2 pipes, better pumps, machines for packaged fuel, and more jump pad tips - here they are! We're running through the latest updates to Satisfactory today!

Just a note here: Since this video was recorded and editing completed, Coffee Stain has released several updates to the game, including a dramatic cost change for pipes and pumps and a power cost change for Mk2 Pumps. More changes will likely come to the game over the next several iterations, so stay tuned for more info!

So...before you go in the comments. *Minutes* after finalizing the recording and editing of this video, Coffee Stain released an update to the experimental branch of Satisfactory with two big changes that I comment on in the video:

1. Mk2 Pipes now cost 2 Copper and 1 Plastic. Instead of Alclad Sheets and Plastic
2. Mk2 Pumps now use 8MW of power, down from 12MW. They are now more efficient than Mk1 Pumps!

valves for me is the big change in this update. now i can fine tune flow rates for inputs to refinery and get exact numbers for certain sections of pipes. no more the first refinery taking all of the fluid and the others struggle to maintain efficiency. well done cs studios

Thanks for the update video dude! I stopped playing this game once I hit the final tier, and didn't actually explore that final tier much at all (the aluminium stuff) as there was no(t much) progression from that point. I wanted to save the experience for when there is a reason and possibly even a story plot around it, so I'm just desperately waiting for the full release in a year or two to continue with the game. Patience :') Good luck with finishing your Subnautica run through!

It would be interesting to see if they introduced realistic plumbing physics to pipes in the game. Like if your water source is on higher terrain and the pipes descend, you should be able increase the height of the pipe without needing pumps as long as the height of the pipe doesn't exceed the height of the water source.

to keep the interest up (which hasn't gone down yet): after reaching last tier with a "classic" megabase i'm trying to go for a more a-la-steampunk kinf of style base, split in several mini-bases, each producing one or two resources (in vanilla mode)

I don't get this game, the company spend a lot of money to send you to a planet where you can die on landing, don't give you a firearm, even that if you die they would lose money.
Them you make stuff and send to the company but you don't get paid for what you do, you don't need the things you make to survive.
Ok ok let see if it was like, they are building a city on the planet and you would need to supply the materials and you get paid for it, also the more materials you deliver the bigger the city would get and the stores there would have items for ya to buy.
But the way the game is now i don't see the purpose of doing anything.
Also i wish we can play as male, nothing against fat girls is very lame that you can't' choose ya gender.
