They heard a timing chain noise? Wasn't the Audi 4.2 in the Spyker derived from the Audi D2 S8 4.2? If so, cam chain tensioners would be all you'd need to replace as it is a timing belt engine. Shotgunning an entire engine seems absurd. That's a bit like saying your oil is dirty sir, this new engine comes with clean oil. ;-)
